M2O Hospitality Group is a multi-brand restaurant group founded by three brothers with a simple belief:

Great food, strong systems, and people-first culture build lasting brands.

What started as a single neighborhood burger concept has grown into a diverse portfolio of fast-casual and casual dining brands serving communities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

We create brands that are approachable, scalable, and built for real-world operations — without sacrificing quality, creativity, or consistency.

The Osmanollaj brothers came to the United States with a deep appreciation for hard work, family, and opportunity. Their mission from day one was clear:

Build businesses that make people proud — customers, employees, and partners alike.

In 2016, the brothers launched their first restaurant, HaveABURGER (HAB), in Havertown, Pennsylvania. The success of that original location laid the foundation for a growing hospitality group focused on brand-driven concepts supported by strong operational systems.

Since then, M2O Hospitality Group has expanded into multiple concepts, each with its own identity, while sharing a unified backbone of training, systems, and culture.
